Job Description

Manage client communications, respond to inquiries, and provide timely, professional assistance. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients. Handle client complaints, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex matters when necessary. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the company's products and services. Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and relationship management reports. Identify opportunities to improve client experience, retention, and service delivery. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure client needs are effectively addressed. Support client onboarding, engagement, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management tools. Ability to remain professional, patient, and solution-oriented when handling difficult clients. Salary N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
