Job Title: Club Assistant Waitress / Runner (Female)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Industry: Nightlife and Entertainment / Club Operations
We are seeking 5 energetic, attentive, well-groomed, and service-oriented assistant waitresses/runners to support the club’s service team in delivering efficient and exceptional guest experiences. Successful candidates will assist waitresses and other service staff with delivering orders, clearing tables, maintaining service areas, and ensuring smooth operations in a busy club environment.
Assist waitresses in attending to guests and fulfilling service requests. Deliver drinks, refreshments, and other orders promptly to designated tables and VIP sections. Ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently. Support waitresses and bartenders in coordinating orders during busy periods. Clear used glasses, bottles, plates, and other items from tables when required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and assigned areas. Restock service items and supplies as directed by the supervisor. Respond promptly to requests from waitresses, supervisors, and other service team members. Assist in preparing tables and service areas before opening and during special events. Report order discrepancies, guest concerns, and operational issues to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain proper hygiene, professional conduct, and grooming standards throughout each shift. Perform other duties related to guest service and club operations as assigned by management.
Female candidates for the 5 available positions. Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) certificate. Previous experience in a nightclub, lounge, bar, hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, energetic, attentive, and team-oriented personality. A neat, stylish, well-groomed model like appearance suited to the club’s presentation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong attention to detail, honesty, punctuality, and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and coordinate effectively with waitresses, bartenders, supervisors, and other team members. Willingness to comply with the club’s dress code, service standards, and workplace policies. Preferred Candidate Profile: Quick, proactive, and attentive to instructions and service needs. Confident, sociable, and comfortable working in a lively club environment. Well-presented, with good personal hygiene and grooming. Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Demonstrates teamwork, discretion, sound judgement, and respect for guests and colleagues.
