Employment Type: Full-time Summary We are seeking a professional and patient-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities

Attend to patients and visitors courteously. Handle inquiries, complaints, appointments and patient registration process. Requirement s A degree in relevant field. At least 2 years experience as a customer Service Rep( front desk) preferable in healthcare. Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Proficiency in basic computer applications⁠ Key Competencies: Empathy and compassion Professionalism and integrity Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
