Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Documentation Officer to join its Shipping Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and maintaining accurate shipping and importation documents to support customs clearance, cargo release, and the smooth movement

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify shipping and importation documents. Track shipments and follow up on customs clearance and cargo release. Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents. Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.

Requirements

HND / BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of practical experience in shipping documentation and importation. Hands-on knowledge of Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Form M, PAAR, SGD, Delivery Order, and customs clearance documents. Good knowledge of Nigerian import procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 / month depending on experience and qualifications. Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO). Annual Salary Review. Leave Allowance. Other company benefits as applicable.
