Job Title: Drilling Operation's Supervisor

Location: Endo Village, Nasarawa LGA - Nasarawa

Requirements

Preferred candidate: An experienced drilling professional with strong supervisory skills, a safety-conscious attitude, and the ability to manage drilling teams effectively. Minimum of 5–15 years of experience in drilling operations, preferably in mining, quarrying, or mineral exploration. Proven experience supervising and coordinating a team of driller operators. Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, drilling techniques, and operational procedures. Ability to plan daily drilling activities, assign tasks, and monitor team performance. Knowledge of drilling safety standards, hazard identification, risk assessment, and accident prevention. Ability to inspect drilling equipment, identify mechanical faults, and report maintenance requirements. Experience monitoring drilling progress, maintaining accurate operational records, and preparing daily reports. Ability to troubleshoot drilling problems and ensure efficient use of equipment and materials. Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and mining standards. Must be physically fit and willing to work on-site in Endo Village, Nasarawa LGA, Nasarawa State. Previous experience in lithium mining or mineral exploration is an added advantage. Salary Negotiable.
