Employment Type: Full-time Description Are you an experienced construction professional with the expertise to lead complex projects, drive innovative designs, and deliver results within budget and timelines? We’re looking for a Head of Projects to provide strategic and technical leadership across construction projects, from concept development to successful execution.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery. Leading and mentoring project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams. Driving design reviews, quality assurance, and compliance with building and safety standards. Managing project budgets, timelines, contractors, and stakeholder relationships. Identifying risks, improving construction processes, and exploring new project opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need: A Degree in Architecture or a relevant discipline. A minimum of 7 years’ relevant post-NYSC experience in construction or project leadership. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or a relevant master’s degree is an added advantage. Budget N1,100,000 monthly gross
