TAGHINI FOODS is a traditional poultry processing Company based in Ibadan. We supply fresh and frozen poultry products to wholesalers, caterers and further processors, including products suitable for Halal customers. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and driving HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

BSc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage. 3 - 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition role in a poultry farming and Coldchain Business. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
