Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Nigeria, producing and distributing some of the nation’s most- loved beverages in the country like; Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda, Teem, Mountain Dew, H2oH!, Lipton Ice Tea and Aquafina premium drinking water. SBC has recently entered into Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up boasts of nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across various regions in the country. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Responsibilities

Planning and executing merchandising strategies to optimize product assortments and maximize sales and profitability. Analysing market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to make informed decisions on product selection, pricing, and inventory management. Ensure compliance on merchandising new Planogram and POSM. Training and Development for Merchandisers every Quarter across all regions. Create item and category planning; evaluate assortments and update as needed. Maintain accurate and timely reporting for upper management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives. Overseeing product presentation and visual merchandising to create compelling and attractive displays that enhance the overall shopping experience. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the market and identify new opportunities for growth. Any other task as assigned by management.

Requirements

BSc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing course, or any relevant field. 4 years+ experience in merchandising management. Knowledge of market trends and principles. Membership of relevant professional bodies. Excellent leadership/coaching skill Good communication skills Negotiation skill Goal oriented and target driven.
