Make every site right first time: inspection and test plans, site audits, NCRs, snag lists and acceptance records. QA/QC on towers, antennas, fibre, power and cabling Witnessed testing and commissioning; closed defects A sharp eye for detail and flawless quality records
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Telecoms, Electrical/Electronic, Civil, or Computer Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field Willing to travel extensively and work in rural locations Unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and integrity Solar or hybrid telecom power experience a strong advantage.
