Industry: Hospitality Work Schedule: 6 days a week,Accommodation available but is not located within the company premises.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, good customer service abilities, and practical knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations and coordinate staff activities. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management. Ensure accurate recording of sales and daily transactions. aintain cleanliness and orderliness within the restaurant. Ensure staff comply with restaurant policies and procedures. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. Prepare daily operational reports and communicate challenges to management. Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. Identify operational challenge and recommend practical solutions. Assist in training new employees on restaurant procedures and customer service.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE, an OND or HND qualification is an added advantage. Previous experience in restaurant supervision or hospitality management. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food hygiene, and safety standards. Basic knowledge of sales records and inventory management. Must be honest, punctual, responsible, and hardworking. Ability to supervise staff and work with minimal supervision. Ability to work six days a week. Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures. Remuneration From N70,000 and above.
