Job Title: Sales Representative (In-House/Virtual)

Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused sales representative to join our team. This role combines traditional sales responsibilities with modern customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.) Convert social media and online inquiries into sales opportunities Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Update and manage CRM records to track sales leads and customer interactions Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns and customer engagement strategies Monitor and report feedback, trends, and issues raised by customers to the appropriate internal teams Handle order processing, returns, and after-sales support where necessary Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Qualifications

Minimum of OND. 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in sales in gadget stores is a plus) Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Comfortable using social media platforms for business communication Proficient with digital tools including MS Office tools Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must be proactive, self-motivated, and sales-driven. Salary N100,000 monthly, with total monthly earnings determined by performance and targets through commissions.
