Department: Sales Department Job Summary Are you a fresh graduate or NYSC corps member looking to kick-start your career? We are seeking confident, ambitious, and teachable individuals to join our Sales Trainee Programme.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and in-person engagements to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by identifying and engaging decision-makers in target markets. Work closely with the product marketing team to understand campaigns, messaging, and positioning, ensuring prospects receive clear and compelling information. Track and report daily outreach activity, appointment conversions, follow-ups, and campaign effectiveness to management on a regular basis. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified appointments and support the sales cycle. Gather and share feedback from prospects to help refine marketing campaigns, product positioning, and messaging.

Requirements

Minimum of ND / OND, HND, or BSc Degree No prior experience required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to engage customers through in-person sales and marketing. Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Compensation &

Benefits

Monthly pay progression based on the programme's terms and performance. Fixed monthly pay increases to ₦100,000 upon meeting the required sales target. 5% commission on qualifying closed sales. Practical training and career development opportunities.
