Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Oluyole, Ibadan - Oyo About the role Manage ChoiceMart NG's social media presence, build customer trust, and turn audience interest into qualified enquiries. What you'll do Develop and maintain a content calendar for the company's social media pages. Coordinate production with the designer, Copywriter & Creative Strategist, and video team. Schedule and publish approved posts, videos, stories, and promotions. Respond to comments and messages, passing purchase enquiries to the sales team. Escalate complaints and follow up with the responsible department. Keep profile details, product information, and promotional content accurate. Monitor audience feedback and identify useful content opportunities. Report on reach, engagement, enquiries, response times, and attributable sales where tracking is available What success looks like Publishing consistency, response speed, meaningful engagement, qualified enquiries, and customer experience. What you'll bring Experience managing business social media accounts. Strong writing, organisation, and customer communication skills. Familiarity with publishing tools and platform analytics. Evidence of previous account management or content results.
