We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Head, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Location: Abuja LPG Bottling Plant Employment Type: Full-time Category 3: Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Department: Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Grade: Manager Role Overview Lead the EHS function at the plant level, formulating and executing safety, health, environmental, and emergency response strategies aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct risk assessments (HAZOP, HAZID, JSA) across storage, filling line, truck dispatch, and maintenance. Manage plant regulatory licenses and statutory compliance with NMDPRA, NOSDRA, NESREA, SON, and Fire Service. Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, emergency response drills, and environmental stewardship initiatives. Supervise the EHS Officers team and build a strong safety culture across staff and contractors. Qualifications & Experience Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Safety, or related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage). Experience: Minimum 10–12 years’ HSE experience in oil & gas/downstream petroleum, with 4–5 years in a senior leadership role. Certifications: Mandatory NEBOSH IGC/Diploma and IOSH membership; ISPON/FMESD registration preferred.

We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Bottling Plant Supervisor Location: Abuja LPG Bottling Plant, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Downstream Petroleum / LPG Bottling Operations Department: LPG Bottling Plant Operations Grade: Senior Officer Category 4: Bottling Operations & Production Role Overview Oversee daily cylinder filling, quality checking, storage, and dispatch operations, managing a team of 7 operators to meet daily throughput and safety targets. Key Responsibilities Supervise shift filling lines, enforcing statutory fill-by-weight rules (maximum 85% by volume). Coordinate mandatory check-weighing, valve integrity testing, leak detection, and defective cylinder quarantine. Manage operator shift rosters, monitor line downtime, and submit daily bottling/dispatch statements. Collaborate with Maintenance and EHS teams on calibration windows and safety toolbox talks. Qualifications & Experience Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/HND (2nd Class Upper / Upper Credit) in Engineering or related discipline. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in LPG bottling/filling or process plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Chief Program Management Officer (CPMO). Sector: Bulk Storage & Natural Gas Projects (CNG / LNG) Summary We are seeking a qualified engineering and project management professionalfor a full-time position within the Office of the Chief Program Management Officer (CPMO). Role Overview Lead the execution of major storage infrastructure—specifically the 8,181 m³ (4,500 MT) Propane Sphere (TK-05) at Port Harcourt and the Fuel Oil & Bitumen storage facility—as well as gas projects comprising a 4 MMSCFD CNG plant and a 15 MMSCFD CNG + LNG plant. Key Responsibilities Storage Execution: Oversee heavy erection assurance, welding, NDT, hydrotesting, PSSR, and commissioning for the propane sphere and heated fuel oil/bitumen storage systems. Gas Infrastructure: Drive concept selection, FEED, technology licensing, and EPC integration for the 4 MMSCFD CNG and 15 MMSCFD CNG/LNG gas plants. Controls & Safety: Maintain PMIS controls, EAC forecasts, and stage-gate reporting. Close all HAZOP, SIL, PSSR, and MOC actions before introducing hydrocarbons. Regulatory Interfacing: Secure statutory approvals from NMDPRA, NIMASA (where applicable), Fire Service, and NESREA. Key Requirements Education: B.Eng / B.Sc Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Process Engineering. Required Experience: 10–15 years in oil & gas capital projects (minimum 5 years as PM or Lead Engineer) Project Track Record: Direct delivery experience with pressurized or atmospheric storage facilities (spheres, bullets, or tank farms). Technical Standards: Deep knowledge of API 650/620/2510, ASME VIII, NDT acceptance standards, HAZOP, SIL, and PSSR. Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 preferred; COREN registration and FEED-to-EPC gas project experience are strong advantages.
