We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor Locations: Jos, Bauchi, and Gombe Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Field Sales Supervisor (FSS) to oversee sales operations across Jos, Bauchi, and Gombe States. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both primary and secondary sales growth, managing distributor relationships,expanding market coverage, and ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets across the territory. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers. Drive sales volume, especially secondary sales, and ensure achievement of assigned territory targets. Monitor product availability, stock levels, distribution, and market coverage. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback. Ensure effective implementation of company sales and promotional strategies. Identify opportunities for market expansion and increased product penetration. Prepare and submit accurate sales, market, and activity reports. Ensure proper product visibility and availability across assigned outlets. Salary N250,000 / month.
