Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories. Promote and sell Koolboks products to individuals and businesses. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to promote sales. Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and recovery process. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

Requirements

1 year of experience in field sales or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
