Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Abuja or Lagos
A renowned Nigeria-based restaurant, in partnership with Chrivon Tech Solutions, is hiring an HR Officer to provide HR leadership and support, ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law, manage recruitment and staff documentation, and handle HR administration. What You’ll Do Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law and company policies. Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll inputs. Support performance management and staff welfare. Coordinate training and development where required. Handle employee relations and grievance procedures. Prepare HR reports using Excel/Word/HRIS. What We Need Essential: CIPM certified. HR experience with a big firm. Female candidate preferred. BSc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master`s Degree Holder is prefered). 5 years+ HR experience; QSR/hospitality experience preferred. Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and HRIS. SHRM/HRCI certification (optional/preferred). Strong confidentiality and integrity. Availability for full-time office hours and occasional weekend support as required.
Salary: N500,000 before tax per month Accommodation provided + HMO + Performance Bonus + Staff meal once a day.
