Job Title: Operations Lead
Location: Abuja What you’ll do Coordinate daily operations and workflows. Manage team schedules, tasks and performance. Solve problems and improve processes. Prepare regular operations reports for the CEO. What we need Proven experience managing people and teams. Organised, detail-driven and self-starting. Comfortable with digital task and reporting tools. Weekends when required.
