We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Operations Lead

Location: Oluyole, Ibadan - Oyo Resumption: Immediate Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–5:00pm About the role Lead the physical sales team and coordinate daily operations so customer orders progress efficiently from confirmation to successful delivery. What you’ll do Allocate orders, set daily priorities, and monitor follow-up activity. Coach representatives on product knowledge, objection handling, closing, and upselling. Track confirmed, scheduled, delivered, cancelled, and unresolved orders. Coordinate with logistics and inventory personnel on stock availability and delivery issues. Resolve escalated customer concerns and operational delays. Ensure accurate CRM records and complete staff reports. Review discrepancies with responsible staff and escalate unresolved issues. Submit performance reports showing results, challenges, and corrective actions. Maintain attendance, accountability, and orderly office operations. What success looks like Delivered sales, delivery rate, follow-up completion, reporting accuracy, and team productivity. What you’ll bring Demonstrated experience supervising a sales or customer-service team. Strong sales coaching, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Confidence using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and performance reports. E-commerce or pay-on-delivery experience is an advantage.
